This Allergy Season Tincture is a synergistic blend designed to support the body during seasonal transitions by addressing histamine response, inflammation, and upper respiratory balance. Nettle leaf, rich in quercetin and other flavonoids, helps stabilize mast cells and moderate excessive histamine release, while goldenrod acts as a gentle upper respiratory tonic to reduce sinus congestion, excess mucus, and watery eyes.

Ginkgo leaf contributes broad anti-inflammatory and natural antihistaminic support, traditionally used to promote clear breathing and seasonal comfort. Licorice root rounds out the formula by calming inflammatory excess and adding a moistening quality that balances nettle’s drying action, supporting overall tissue resilience and harmony.

For best results, begin working with this tincture one to two months before your typical allergy season and continue daily as needed. Not recommended for those taking blood-thinning medications.
